On the heated seats, do you have an error code for them not working? I already knocked the ashtray door return spring off it! I verified the front seats stopped working after doing this, so I know I have the right unit.

I checked the plug/wires and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. A color-coded wiring diagram goes a long way, but I would imagine the seat heater would be a simple, 2-wire connection...ground and hot. I checked under the seat, but I'm not sure which of the 6 or so plugs is for the heated seat and all seemed to be firmly plugged in. I'm hoping I get lucky and that's all it is. Thanks, Bill On the ashtray, you first pull the radio bezel out of the way and then pull backwards on the ashtray itself and it should come right out. I'll update as I have more info.
