Also, test to ensure the iphone is sending from the same network. I tried once before in 2005 after nearly an entire summer of poor Comcast connectivity. I can only imagine how long it would have taken to get this fixed had I not found your site right away.

Are your cousins checking their Spam box to make sure it is not being flagged by a filter or rule? Then I could not send or receive. I can actually receive emails from the business account, but I can't send them, no matter what I do. I cannot believe Comcast is so unconcerned and uncaring about customer service.

In doing this it triggered some other settings that needed to be clicked which were not clicked when it was Port 25.
