Everything else works fine. I am not looking for a handout or anything, just the assurance that the next creative player I buy won't lose its FM tuner in a years time after purchase. I tried the unit in various locations with the headphones in, so it is not a location it is a faulty unit - brand new. On a side note, I seem to be experiencing more freezes as of late.

You'll have to get used to locking the player with the slider on the left side. The memory is massive (for the miniscule size of the player) and happily plays WMAs as well as the standard...
