browser issue(settings could disable styles). and that is that the CSS file is loading correctly, but the CSS is incorrect. I have now added a seperate Login.aspx page which functions fine, but does not pick up the Account.css file, which has the specific css for the Login page. You may have to include those CSS files in the Login Page as well!
