Basically can't use my phone except to talk. Downgrading to iOS 9.2.1 lets you use Safari again. Battery life = now lasts for about 6 - 7 hours 2. I'm not sure who lies more, Verizon or Apple, but this is why I hate upgrades, if it works no need to fix it.
